One of the extreme challenge to myself in year 2017

Since i was small, i picked up badminton as my main sport, trained by my dad and i got the chance to proceed to formal badminton training together with my primary school friends. I love badminton a lot but unfortunately i had to stop my training after entered secondary school due to extra-curriculum activities. After leaving the training, i rarely pick up my badminton racket as we didn't have much motivation or setting to continue this sport. Until we reached form 4, i started to pick up jogging as my alternative sport after badminton. During that time, we began to train ourselves on badminton due to school inter-class competition. They become my main sport and accompanied me until i peruse my study to university. I enjoyed the day i jog together with my best friends regardless guys or girls, they were a good accompanies and supporters for me to work on it. I jog because i wish to maintain and improve my stamina so that i can play badminton batter. I never participated any open marathon out of school cross country run. I never think i could run further than 10km since i used to jog less than 4km in my hometown and around 7km around my university. Hence i never have any though on participating long marathon run until one of my course mate persuaded us. He tried his best to persuade us to participate in full marathon category in Borneo International Marathon (42KM). My first reaction was, "Are you mad, bro?" since i never think to participate any run before, not even this extremely long and expensive marathon. I don't really have any idea on how we going to do this. He even offer to support us financially as long as we participate and achieve this honor with him. Okay, his persuasion works and i really wish to give it a shot, although it is RM130. We have only 2 months to improve ourselves from daily 7KM to a 42KM distance. In the every first training, we set our destination outside of university as the circumference of university is too small and uneven distribution of gradient. We had our hard time when returning from the destination. We didn't have experience on preparation of a long marathon, so we got our legs cramped and not able to jog back to our university. We walked back to our university with extensively long duration. From that, we have learnt that we should always keep ourselves hydrated and keep our salt level stable to avoid cramp of legs from happening.  Slowly, we make our way from 10km to 18km and finally to 24km. We are able to enjoy every golden hour of sunset while jogging due to the route we set is located just right beside the beach. It makes our hard works pay off with the feel of achievement. Behind Suria shopping complex is a perfect spot for sun set seeing, do check it out if you will be there around in the evening. I appreciate my friend who persuaded us to participate in this marathon; without him we couldn't complete so much challenge and improve so much. :)

Transformation

Hey peeps, i am coming back for this. And now, i will present my blog with another kind of mode, which will no longer only restricted to events' photos, but i will include those daily photo shoot photos here. For your information, with the current course that i am studying, i don't really have much time for any other activities or hobbies except sports, the most worthwhile activity that i could do other than study (from my own point of view). I will never imagine that i have the chance to be here, Sabah, the state with closest distance to nature and outdoor activities. I wish i could be able to record all of the activities, locations, weathers, moods et cetera throughout this 5 years (or even more if i further my housemanship or mo here?) I love photography, but i don't really have much time for it. In order to find a balance between both of them, i will spare some time for it. So ya, do enjoy and give a thumb up if u like them :)
